As of March 1, 2021, the travel implemented in November of 2020 is lifted.
This means that out-of-state travelers, and PA residents who leave and return, are no longer subject to any testing or quarantine restrictions
This is great news for the spring real estate market, the weather is warming up, interest rates remain low, and with the travel restrictions also lifted, it couldn’t be a better time to buy or sell a house.
